City Council Meetings
When: Second and fourth Mondays
of every month at 7 p.m.
Where: Police Dep't. Building
(Former Administrative Complex - 107 W.
17th Street)
Meeting dates may vary if a Monday
falls on a holiday or conflicts with other council commitments. Special
meetings also may be called by the Council to meet within 24 hours on an
as-needed basis. Notifications of meeting changes and dates for special
meetings will be posted on the web site and on the door of the Police
Department Building (Former Administrative Complex).
You can request to appear before the
City Council by submitting a Request to Appear Before Council
before noon on the Wednesday before the meeting at which you wish to
appear.
Planning and Appeals Commission
Meetings
When: Third Tuesday of every
month at 7 p.m.
Where: Police Department Building
(Former Administrative Complex - 107 W.
17th Street)
To be put on the Planning and Appeals
agenda, contact LaMeisha R. Hunter at 826-5996.
All applicants and/or representatives
must be present for each agenda item. Items will be tabled or denied if
no representative is present. The application and all of the required
supporting documentation must be turned in by the deadline date. The
dates below do not include Public Hearings. The Building and Zoning
Department must meet all current O.C.G.A.’s for Public Hearings. This
department reserves the right to change any of the above dates if
needed.
