Our youth sports programs provide the perfect environment in which young athletes develop both abilities and a love for the game. Spring Season – February 9 – June 7
Fall Season – July 23 – September 10
Eligibility – Must be 4 by August 1 and not over 14 years of age

All-Star Selections (ages 9-14) – Around second or third week of May
All-Star District Tournament (ages 9-12) – Second week of July
All-Star State Tournament (ages 9-12) -- Third weekend in July
All-Star District Tournament (ages 13-14) – End of June and concludes before July 4th
All-Star State Tournament (ages 13-14) – Second weekend in July

Registration Location – Vernon C. Hinely Community Center

Softball

Season – February 9 – June 7
Fall Fast Pitch – October 1 – November 15
Eligibility – Must be 4 by August 1 and not over 14 years of age

All-Star District Tournament (ages 9-12) – Second week of July
All-Star State Tournament (ages 9-12) -- Third weekend in July
All-Star District Tournament (ages 13-14) – End of June and concludes before July 4th
All-Star State Tournament (ages 13-14) – Second weekend in July

Eligibility – Must be 4 by August 1 and not over 7 years of age

How to Sign Up

Fill out your registration form, recreation accident insurance form and pay fees in person at sports registration sessions held at LOCATION
Print a Registration form and recreation accident Insurance form, and bring completed forms to sports registration session along with signup fee
Mail in a Registration form and recreation accident Insurance form along with signup fee payment made payable to City of Rincon to P.O. Box 232, Rincon, GA 31326 (NOTE: Registrations sent by mail must be confirmed by phone at 912-826-0238 to verify registration receipt)
NOTE: All registrants must provide a copy of the participant’s birth certificate to be kept on file.

Registration Fees

All participants wishing to take advantage of In-City-Limits Discounts must provide a copy of a water bill and documentation with their physical street address to receive the discount. For more information on fee structure, click here to download the appropriate form.

In City Limits:

One child: $60.

Two children: $110.

Three or more children: $160.

Outside City Limits:

One child: $80.

Two children: $150.

Three or more children: $220.

Discounts are only given for children in the same household.
