Disclosure Of Documents Under The Open Records Act.

I understand that the City of Rincon will respond to this request within three (3) business days from the date of request.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-18-70-et seq., this is a formal request to inspect and/or obtain copies of certain public records pertaining to:*

Records requested for inspection shall include but not to be limited to all public records, meaning documents, papers, letters, maps, books, photographs, or similar material prepared and maintained or received in the course of the operation of The City of Rincon and/or the City’s departments.

Most requests will be free of charge (first 15 min free)Video footage retrieval is
$22.00 per hour and must be paid before the video is made available. An estimate will be provided. In some cases a deposit will be required. Certain records including Video are exempt from disclosure under O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72 while a case is active, and will not be available until the case is closed or adjudicated. I understand that the City of Rincon will respond to this request within three (3) business days from the date of the request. Administrative requests will be billed at an hourly rate equal to the employee capable of fulfilling the request.
