The City of Rincon Finance Department is committed to providing professional, reliable service to our residents by upholding strong financial practices and ensuring the responsible stewardship of public funds. As a key resource for the City, the Finance Department is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing and reporting all revenues, and ensuring the timely and precise handling of payroll and accounts payable. The department also supports the Mayor, City Council, and City administration by providing financial analysis, budget development, and strategic planning to guide decision-making in accordance with state and local regulations.

The Finance department is responsible for all accounts receivables including utility billing, budget, accounting, audit, payroll processing, purchasing, and other financial services.
