Show off your best Halloween costumes, gather your crew for a spooky flash mob, or create a one-of-a-kind themed entry to represent your business, organization, or neighborhood.
The Spooktacular Stroll begins at Citi-Club and winds through Lost Plantation, down Fort Howard Road, crosses Highway 21, and ends with a Halloween trunk or treat celebration at Freedom Park.
