RINCON, GA (September 22, 2026) The City of Rincon is inviting residents, businesses, organizations, and community groups to be part of a brand-new Halloween tradition with the first-ever Spooktacular Stroll, taking place Saturday, October 24, 2026.
The Spooktacular Stroll is a lighted Halloween parade designed to bring the community together for an evening of costumes, creativity, and family fun. Participants are encouraged to show off their best Halloween costumes, gather a group for a spooky flash mob, create a lighted entry, or design a one-of-a-kind themed entry representing a business, organization, neighborhood, or community group.
The parade will begin at City-Club and travel through Lost Plantation, down Fort Howard Road, cross Highway 21 and conclude at Freedom Park, where the Halloween festivities will continue with the City of Rincon’s Trunk or Treat celebration from 6–8 p.m.
Whether walking, dancing, performing, or creating an unforgettable entry, the city encourages the community to get creative and help make Rincon’s inaugural Spooktacular Stroll a Halloween tradition to look forward to each year.
