RINCON, GA (June 2, 2026) The City of Rincon is reminding residents that vehicles with more than two axles are subject to specific parking and storage regulations when located on residentially zoned property.
Under the City of Rincon’s Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), commercial vehicles with more than two axles may not be parked or stored on residential property unless they meet certain requirements and receive the appropriate approvals. These regulations are intended to help maintain neighborhood character, promote public safety, and ensure compliance with local development standards.
Residents who currently park or intend to park qualifying vehicles on residential property are encouraged to review the applicable regulations and application requirements through the City’s Planning and Development Department.
