Occupational Tax Certification (Business Licenses)
Looking to open a new business in Rincon? City Hall is your one-stop source for all you need to get started. Here’s how:
To obtain an OTC (business license), contact Building and Zoning to verify the location of your business. You can do so by calling 912-826-5996, or e-mailing, or stopping by Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Complete an Occupational Tax/Business License application and submit for review to Building and Zoning. Once your application has been reviewed, it will then be processed.
Fees are due when your application is submitted and are based on your number of full time equivalent employees.
